The Department will be closed for telephone enquiries between Thursday 25th December 2008 and Sunday 4th January 2009 inclusive. However, you may still send faxes, emails and web form contacts during this period. Please note that all web services will be unavailable between 16:00 8th January 2009 and 10:00 9th January 2009 due to a University of Birmingham IT Service total shutdown for essential maintenance. Apologies for this.
